With effect from 1st April 2017 water retail competition is a reality in England. All non-domestic water users are able to chose their provider of water and wastewater retail services for cost reductions and better service levels. We already have experience of the deregulated water market in Scotland and have been helping our clients save money for years.
So now for water as well as electricity and gas, we negotiate to secure the contract best suited to the business needs of each individual client.
Using our knowledge and experience of the industry we ensure that our clients benefit from the most advantageous market conditions.
We provide a professional, tailored service to all our clients and keep in regular contact to ensure everything is running smoothly. Our clients are from all sectors including car dealerships, churches, retailers, offices and warehousing and have commented that we have given excellent service as well as considerably reducing electricity, gas and water costs.
In addition, we check all client invoices to ensure that no errors are made and to date have obtained refunds for our clients in excess of £300,000.
100% of refunds obtained as a result of our work goes to the client - we do not charge a percentage as we consider this part of our service.
