A Review Of Your Current Circumstances
We will undertake a full review of your current usage, energy prices and any planned changes.
We use the detailed data we have collected to provide a picture of consumption usage and how it is used at different sites, enabling us to carry out detailed analysis. Once we have a clear picture of your current and anticipated circumstances we will advise you on how to save both money and energy wherever possible.
Securing Favourable Prices
At EPS we are not tied to any one provider but are able to search the market to find the best rates for you. We ensure that all clients’ supplies are contracted on the most favourable prices to the supplier of their choice after a complete market evaluation. This tender will be planned by both parties well in advance, thereby ensuring that the client benefits from the most advantageous market conditions. Recent experience has shown that with energy markets currently so volatile, the timing of carrying out the tender can have a dramatic effect on prices.
Data Capture & Bill Validation Service
We cross check your utility invoices for accuracy in our bespoke data capture system to ensure that you are billed on the correct rates, have no double billing and do not suffer any other billing errors. For any errors we identify, which are all too common, we obtain refunds from the energy supplier. On one client site, we obtained refunds equal to six times their total annual energy spend. We do not take a percentage of any refunds obtain - you will receive 100%.
Individually Tailored Detailed Reporting
We can provide a full up to date analysis of utility usage and costs via regular reports for all sites detailing historic consumption, spending levels, CO2 emissions and any other relevant matters. All our reports are tailored to our clients’ individual requirements.
Advice On Additional Savings Available
We will report on any other additional savings that you may benefit from such as reducing Available Capacities, advising on poor Power Factors and incorrect water meter sizes.
